Delivery Guidelines & Important Requirements

  • Please ensure a large delivery vehicle can access your road or driveway.

  • If access is limited, mention it in the order comments at checkout so alternative arrangements can be made.

  • If no access details are provided and delivery fails, a redelivery charge may apply.

  • If your location is difficult to find, please provide additional directions in the checkout comment box to avoid delays.


Before Delivery — What You Need to Know

  • Delivery will be made on the date you select at checkout. If any issue arises, we will contact you to arrange a new date.

  • If you need to change your delivery date, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Changes within 72 hours may incur a fee.

  • Some couriers may send tracking notifications via SMS or email on the day of delivery.

  • Next-day delivery may be available for qualifying products if ordered before 12 PM (Mon–Thu).

  • We deliver across the UK, including Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

  • We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland.


On Delivery Day

  • Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Someone must be present to sign for the goods.

  • Large flooring orders may arrive on pallets via heavy-goods vehicles. Smaller orders may come via courier van.

  • Deliveries are kerbside only. You are responsible for moving goods indoors.

  • Multi-item orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on warehouse locations or courier availability.

  • If a delivery attempt fails because no one is home, a redelivery fee may apply.

  • Due to courier delays, we allow up to 10 working days beyond the scheduled date for delivery completion.

    • Within this period, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to delays.

    • After 10 working days, you may request a full refund.


After Delivery — Checking Your Items

  • Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival.

  • If you notice damage or receive incorrect goods:

    • Damaged items: Accept the delivery, take photos, and sign as “damaged”. Email the photos to us so we can resolve the issue.

    • Incorrect items: Do not accept delivery. Ask the driver to return the goods and notify us immediately.

  • If incorrect goods are accepted accidentally, send us photos so we can assist you.


Returns & Storage

  • Not ready for installation? We can store your order in our warehouse for up to 3 months free of charge.

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for a refund (conditions apply — see our Returns & Refunds Policy).
