Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if
- You received a defective or damaged item
- The product does not match the description or specifications
- The wrong item was delivered
- Your order was cancelled before it was shipped
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that we do not offer refunds for
- Custom-cut carpets or made-to-order flooring
- Items that have been installed, used, or altered
- Clearance or Final Sale items
- Products returned without prior authorization
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request
Email us at Luxurycarpetandflooring@gmail.com with
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Our customer service team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If your refund is approved, we will notify you and issue the refund using your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
Return Requirements
If a return is required for the refund to be processed
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged (except for damage reported at delivery)
- A return shipping label will be provided if the return is due to our error
- If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
