At Luxury Carpet & Flooring, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out exactly as planned. That’s why we offer a straightforward exchange policy to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if
- You received the wrong item, color, or size
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange it for another (subject to product availability)
To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not accept exchanges for
- Custom-cut or made-to-order carpets/flooring
- Used, installed, or altered items
- Items without original packaging
- Final Sale or Clearance items
How to Request an Exchange
To start the exchange process
Email us at Luxurycarpetandflooring@gmail.com with
- Your order number
- Reason for exchange
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days to guide you through the next steps.
If approved, we’ll arrange the exchange and let you know if any price difference or shipping charges apply.
Shipping for Exchanges
- If the exchange is due to our error (damaged, incorrect item), we will cover the shipping costs.
- If the exchange is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong color or size ordered), the customer is responsible for return and replacement shipping costs.
Product Availability
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll offer alternatives or the option for a store credit or partial refund.
