At Luxury Carpet & Flooring, we are committed to delivering high-quality flooring and carpet products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’re here to help with our hassle-free Replacement Policy.
Eligibility for Replacement
You may be eligible for a replacement if
- You received a defective or damaged product
- You received the wrong item or incorrect size/color
- The product was damaged during shipping
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement
Email us at Luxurycarpetandflooring@gmail.com with
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
If approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no extra cost.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition (excluding damage caused during shipping).
- Replacement requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
- Custom-cut or made-to-order carpets and flooring may have specific exceptions (please check product details before purchasing).
Exceptions
We do not offer replacements for
- Slight color or texture variations due to screen or lighting differences
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
Shipping for Replacements
- If the fault is on our end (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
- We may request the original product to be returned — in such cases, we will provide a return shipping label.
